The Ultimate Green Smoothie

Kick your morning off with some protein, fruit AND greens!


Makes 1 Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 1 cup milk of choice

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

- 1 cup fresh spinach

- 2 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut

- 1/2 cup crushed ice or 3-4 cubes


Directions:

  1. Add all your ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and no ice chunks remain (will vary depending on power of blender).

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.


PRO TIP: If you'd like to 'make ahead' put all the ingredients into a plastic baggie or Tupparware and store in the freezer. Pull and blend when you need a quick breakfast or snack!
